CHAAT MASALA
When I decided to make a spice company, this is the FIRST spice mix I wanted to perfect. Chaat Masala is an amazing tangy spice blend used mainly as a seasoning in Indian street food. Additionally, some of my favorite uses for Chaat Masala are on french fries (in place of salt), on fried okra sticks (bhindi fry) and on pop corn (something I remember get at Indian movie theaters when in lived in Jaipur in the early 2000s).
