Our Story

Since 2000, Katherine has been learning to cook Indian food, through her travels and many times living in India as a student of the Hindi and Urdu languages. Guided by sense of adventure and a love of Indian food and culture, she created Bombay Blonde as a way to share her love of Indian food.

Katherine makes everything in small batches from our commercial kitchen in Clovis, CA. .
